Four Points by Sheraton Kecskemét
General design for a modern hotel and conference center development
The Four Points by Sheraton Kecskemét is a contemporary hospitality development that has become a key player in the city’s business and conference tourism sector. The aim of the project was to create a hotel and event center that meets international standards while fitting into the local urban context, offering a complex service structure capable of serving both business and leisure guests. During the design process, a strong emphasis was placed on aligning functional efficiency with guest experience: the public areas, guest room levels, and conference functions form a coherent and well-organized system that ensures efficient operation and high user comfort.

In this project, bim.GROUP was responsible for the full general design scope of both the hotel and the conference center. For the hotel, approximately 7,000 m² of floor area was covered, including visual design, building permit documentation, and detailed construction design packages. The adjacent 1,500 m² conference center was developed at the permitting design stage and integrated closely into the operational concept of the hotel.
A key focus of the design process was the clear separation of functional zones, the optimization of guest and service circulation routes, and the flexible usability of the conference areas. This spatial organization allows the seamless hosting of a wide range of events, from small business meetings to larger conferences.
The architectural character of the hotel is restrained and modern, fitting into the urban fabric of Kecskemét while following international hotel chain standards in both spatial organization and operational logic.
