The large-scale Metal.Meet 2.0 event once again concluded successfully. This year, bim.GROUP joined the initiative launched by KÉSZ Metaltech, and through the jointly organised event, we offered nearly 120 participants an insight into best practices across design, construction and manufacturing, all from the perspective of sustainability and digitalisation.

At Hungexpo’s main building, valuable presentations were delivered not only by our colleagues and representatives of our strategic partner, KÉSZ Group, and KÉSZ Metaltech, but also by several Hungarian and international guest speakers.

At Metal.Meet 2.0, participants heard presentations on major past and ongoing construction projects, architectural solutions, and new or already established services from bim.GROUP, KÉSZ Metaltech and KÉSZ Group. Visitors also gained insight into the possibilities offered by HoloLens, learned more about the Lean approach, and explored key topics related to steel structures and façade cladding.

“Metal.Meet 2.0 could be organised in this form because the two companies are moving in the same direction and progressing along the same path. They are continuously seeking opportunities for development, and we believe we have now reached a turning point. Sustainability and digitalisation can not only become cornerstones of current workflows at bim.GROUP, KÉSZ Metaltech and KÉSZ Group, but can also open up new horizons and create an expanded range of services in the design, manufacturing and construction of steel structures and façade cladding,” emphasised Ballay Zsolt, Managing Director of bim.GROUP, in connection with this year’s collaboration.

“Metal.Meet 2.0 could return this year because I am proud to say—on behalf of both KÉSZ Metaltech and bim.GROUP—that we have achieved significant results over the past year. The event also reflects the mutual professional respect between the two companies and the effectiveness of their collaboration. Both organisations have contributed and continue to contribute to outstanding projects in their respective and shared fields, while introducing innovative solutions in the design, manufacturing and construction of steel structures and façade cladding,” highlighted Barócsi Róbert, Head of the Architectural and Structural Solutions Division at KÉSZ Group and Managing Director of KÉSZ Metaltech Kft.

Representing bim.GROUP, lead project designers Nagy Dávid, Gyuricza Arnold and Lewandowski Dávid, structural engineer Király Krisztián, and project manager Szabó Ádám also delivered highly valuable presentations.
