The four-star Flow Hotel built in Inárcs was officially opened on 16 March, giving bim.GROUP another successful project to its name. Located next to the M5 motorway, the hotel was implemented as an investment of HUF 4.5 billion. The building includes 88 rooms, a restaurant, a conference room, a wellness area and a fitness room. In addition to tourists, the hotel now offers high-quality services for conference and wedding guests. Its rooms provide accommodation for 200 people, while its conference room can accommodate 300 participants.

During construction we covered the full spectrum of design: from concept design to construction design, the entire process was carried out in-house, including both massing and interior design. During the hotel design, a key challenge was the modelling of the curved facade, its optimization through parametric design to ensure the required degree of openness, its shop design, and its fabrication from curved, perforated bronze-coloured composite panels. Another challenge was fixing the perforated, curved cladding to a custom support structure - all of which our colleagues successfully solved.

In addition to the bim.GROUP team, KÉSZ Metaltech also played a major role in the completion of the hotel: the entire facade cladding package, including 660 m2 of perforated composite cladding and 2,500 m2 of PREFA aluminium cladding, was manufactured and installed by KÉSZ Metaltech. dvb Kft. also participated in the project, undertaking the construction of the reinforced concrete structure.
