Project title: GINOP Plusz-3.2.1-21 – Improving the Adaptability and Productivity of Employees and Enterprises through Workforce Development
Amount of contracted funding: HUF 3,924,360 in training cost support and up to HUF 1,985,535 in wage subsidies.
Detailed description of the project: The objective of the project is to provide workplace training for the employees of bim.GROUP Kft., thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our company. A total of six professional training programmes are being delivered within the project, according to the following schedule and content:
Management and Organisation I
The programme introduces participants to company operations, the practical application of management theory, organisational and managerial decision-making, and the role of leadership behaviour in effective management.
Training period: 2 March 2026 – 11 December 2026
Management and Organisation III
The programme introduces participants to corporate performance management tools. It covers the definition of corporate objectives and operational frameworks, the principal stages of completing a sample project, business planning, work breakdown structures, the timely completion of tasks and the importance of effective project monitoring.
Training period: 2 March 2026 – 11 December 2026
Operational Development I
The programme introduces participants to opportunities for improving and optimising organisational operations. It covers corporate organisational structures, the economic environment, the characteristics of project-based and traditional operating models, the strategic role of process management in construction, and the analysis of processes to improve operational performance.
Training period: 2 March 2026 – 11 December 2026
Operational Development II
The programme introduces participants to the organisational operating models of construction companies and the criteria for selecting them. Topics include cost-calculation methods in construction, project categorisation, the planning and documentation of project processes, and the application of collaboration platforms and IT support systems within the construction industry.
Training period: 5 February 2026 – 11 December 2026
Operational Development III
The programme introduces participants to the resources of construction companies and the characteristic methods and opportunities for optimising them. Particular emphasis is placed on balancing long-term flexibility and stability, developing portfolio roadmaps based on the resource capacities of construction companies, and weighting different business areas to support efficient corporate operations.
Training period: 2 March 2026 – 11 December 2026
Operational Development IV
The programme introduces participants to the fundamentals of corporate management, the characteristics of construction processes, and the associated development methods and supporting tools. It deepens participants’ knowledge of construction company management through workplace examples, construction industry case studies and simulation exercises.
Training period: 2 March 2026 – 11 December 2026
A total of 55 employees from our company are participating in the subsidised training programmes.
Planned project completion date: 11 December 2026.
